2021 Law Student Diversity Virtual Case Competition

Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) in partnership with the University of Cincinnati College of Law, presents the 2021 Law Student Diversity Virtual Case Competition to be held on January 15 & 16, 2021, via the virtual Zoom platform.

Our mission is to provide underrepresented racial and ethnic minority, first year law students the opportunity to learn market affirmed skills in a high pressure situation involving a real-life scenario. Using the case model students will compete for cash prizes by displaying their analytical, problem solving and communication skills – all skills that are key to workplace success. The Competition will expose students to practicing attorneys and Fortune 500 corporate counsel, who will serve as coaches and judges.

Who is eligible to participate?

Underrepresented racial and ethnic minority, first year students who attend tri-state area law schools. 

Registration:

To register each participant must individually submit their resume and complete registration form by December 16, 2020 to Julie Mulhern, Director of Legal Recruiting & Professional Development at jmulhern@kmklaw.com.

Application Deadline: December 1, 2020
Competition Dates: January 15 & 16, 2020

Team Prizes:

1st Place - $3,000
2nd Place - $2,000
3rd Place - $1,000
