The Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) welcomes Luke A. Shaffer, as an associate in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group.

Shaffer assists private and publicly held companies with a wide variety of corporate transactions. Prior to joining KMK Law, Shaffer worked as an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Columbus, Ohio, where he counseled privately-held businesses on a broad range of corporate and real estate transactions. Shaffer earned his law degree from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law in 2020, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Ohio State Business Law Journal. After beginning his legal career, Shaffer was selected to participate in the Columbus Bar Association’s Barrister Leadership Program. Shaffer earned his B.S. in Accounting from Miami University in 2017, summa cum laude. Shaffer is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
