Keating Muething & Klekamp Elects Two New Partners
The Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) is pleased to announce that it has elected two new partners: Vincent B. Jabour and Jerad T. Whitt.
Vince Jabour practices in the firm's Real Estate Group where he represents both businesses and individuals with a wide range of real estate and general business law matters, including acquisitions, sales, and tax deferred exchanges. Jabour's practice focuses largely on real estate financing matters. He has significant experience representing both borrowers and lenders in real estate financing, specifically in the multifamily housing market, including financing insured by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Jabour also handles all aspects of commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants on retail, office, and industrial leases. Jabour earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2016. He earned his B.A. from Fordham University, cum laude, in 2013. Jabour is licensed to practice law in Ohio.
Jerad Whitt practices in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group with a concentration in commercial finance and banking. He assists lenders, borrowers, finance companies, lessors, lessees, and investors in connection with a variety of secured and unsecured debt financing and equipment leasing transactions. Whitt has experience representing clients in diverse commercial loan structures, including single-lender loans, broadly syndicated credit facilities and middle market loan facilities, litigation finance and law firm lending, commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) loans, working capital lines of credit and collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions. His practice also includes representation of escrow agents, paying agents and trustees in connection with holdback escrows, indemnity escrows, retainage and paying agent agreements and private placements. In addition to his experience with secured lending and other finance transactions, Whitt also provides practical advice and advocates for clients involved in venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Whitt earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, cum laude, in 2017. He earned his B.A. from the University of Kentucky in 2009. Whitt is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.
