Keating Muething & Klekamp Achieves Mansfield Certification Plus Status for the Second Consecutive Year

Mansfield is a year-long, structured certification process that we’ve committed to since 2022-2023, ensuring that all talent at KMK has a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership roles. The focus is on widening the door of opportunity and ensuring the advancement processes are transparent and inclusive for everyone.
