KMK Law Elects Four New Partners
The Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law©) is pleased to announce that it has elected four new partners: Alison J. Stimac, Philip A. Tracy, Anthony M. Verticchio, and Bryce J. Yoder.
Alison J. (Ali) Stimac practices with KMK Law’s Intellectual Property Group counseling clients on transactional and litigation matters involving all aspects of domestic and international trademark and branding matters, copyright, advertising, Internet, social media, licensing, promotions and marketing matters. Her practice involves management of global and domestic trademark portfolios, trademark registrations and prosecutions with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, trademark enforcement, assignments, license agreements, sweepstakes and contest rules, social media issues, copyright registrations and resolution of domain name disputes. Stimac earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2004, and her B.A. from Indiana University in 2001.
Philip A. (Phil) Tracy advises domestic and international corporate clients of the firm’s Business Representation and Transactions Group on a variety of complex and sophisticated corporate and financial transactions. He also practices in the firm’s Mass Tort Bankruptcy Settlement Trust Group, where he serves as counsel to the trustees of several large trusts on all aspects of trust creation and administration, including the wide range of corporate and bankruptcy law-related matters facing such trusts. Tracy earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2009, and his B.A. from Georgetown University in 2004, cum laude.
Anthony M. (Tony) Verticchio practices with the firm’s Litigation and Insurance Coverage Groups. He has successfully represented a wide variety of business clients in the Greater Cincinnati area and nationally, including a recent case in which he acted as a trial attorney in a 15-week ERISA litigation trial that resulted in a favorable defense judgment for his business-owner client. Tony has also represented businesses in litigation against insurance companies to ensure coverage to the maximum extent possible, both for the business’s directors and officers and for the business itself. He has a wide array of commercial litigation experience, including depositions, oral argument, motion practice, written discovery, trial preparation, trials, and appellate litigation. He has litigated cases within federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate level, and in administrative hearings. Verticchio earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2008, cum laude. He earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois in 2000, with high honors.
Bryce J. Yoder practices with the firm’s Litigation Group assisting clients in litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on complex commercial litigation. He has successfully represented a wide variety of corporate clients regarding contract disputes, corporate governance, securities, employment, and consumer class action lawsuits. Yoder has comprehensive experience in commercial litigation, including depositions, oral argument, motion practice, written discovery, trial preparation, trials, and appellate litigation. He has litigated cases within federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate level. Yoder is known for his ability to quickly distill a matter to the most essential elements and develop effective and efficient legal strategies—especially in complex or difficult cases. Yoder earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2008, and his B.A. from Tulane University in 2005.
