KMK Law Brings a Decade-Long Anti-Trust Case to a Successful Conclusion
Cincinnati (June 22, 2018) — KMK Law Litigation Partner Joseph M. Callow, Jr. defended Ohio Fresh Eggs; accused by its buyers of purposely reducing the production of eggs in order to raise prices. The trial lasted more than a month and the jury took seven days to deliberate before The United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania concluded that Ohio Fresh Eggs played no part in the alleged conspiracy.
