Keating Muething & Klekamp Welcomes Litigation Attorney Kyle R. Miller 

The Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) welcomes Kyle R. Miller as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Group.

Miller's practice is concentrated in the area of complex civil litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in matters related to breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, personal injury/wrongful death, employment disputes, and various common law torts. Miller also represents clients in Class Action, False Claims Act (qui tam), RICO and TCPA litigation.    

Prior to joining KMK Law, Miller served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company. Most recently, he entered into private practice where he provided legal research and dispositive motions for boutique law firms involved in complex litigation.

Miller earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he attended on a full academic scholarship, graduated with Honors, and was an Articles Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael Newman of the Southern District of Ohio.
