Ross advises public and private companies and private equity firms in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He has experience with corporate governance matters, joint-ventures, spin-offs, and venture capital investments as well as advising clients on import and export regulations and economic sanctions affecting international commercial activity.
Ross earned his M.B.A. from Saint Louis University in 2008 and his B.S. from Saint Louis University, summa cum laude, in 2006. He earned his J.D from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, cum laude, in 2011. Ross is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Ohio.
