KMK represented American Financial Group, Inc. and certain of its affiliates as lead investors in a $30 million equity investment in Assurex Health, Inc. Assurex Health is a personalized medicine company providing industry-leading treatment decision support to healthcare providers for behavioral health and chronic pain conditions.
KMK represented Summer Hill, Inc. in the formation of a private equity fund, Orchard Holdings LLC.
KMK has represented dunnhumby Ventures LLC as a lead investor in numerous domestic and international private companies that focus on analyzing data of retail consumers relative to their experience, patterns, needs, and interests.
KMK represented Summer Hill, Inc. in the formation of a money management/fund of funds to manage money for third parties.
KMK represented enosiX Inc. in its $4.25 million Series A funding from lead investors Allos Ventures and Mutual Capital Partners Funds. enosiX is a software company with a unique Framework that enables .NET developers to create SAP-integrated mobile apps.

KMK represented Orchard Holdings Group, as lead investor, in a $10 million Series A round of funding in Morphick Cyber Security, the premier technology-enabled managed service that tailors cyber security solutions to their clients and enables them to morph their defenses to stay ahead of nimble and ever-changing attackers.
