Daniel (Dan) Fales, as a partner in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group where he will counsel public and private companies in income tax and business planning areas, as well as business owners and public company executives.

Prior to joining KMK Law, Fales served as a CPA at Clark Shaeffer Hackett for more than 25 years where he applied his knowledgeable insight to every stage of a portfolio company’s private equity life cycle, from acquisition through the company’s ultimate disposition. Fales earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law and his B.S. from Washington and Lee University. Fales is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
