Biography
Bill Kirkham is a partner in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group. His practice includes extensive work in counseling owners of closely held businesses, general business and tax planning, acquisitions and commercial transactions, and personal estate planning.
A significant focus of Bill's career has been representing family offices, a practice he has cultivated since 1975. These offices manage businesses and estates ranging from small to large, in scope from local to international, and in businesses and industries of many types. With decades of experience, Bill has become a trusted resource for family offices, helping them navigate the complexities of managing and growing substantial businesses and estates.
Prior to joining KMK Law, Bill was a member of a prominent U.S. law firm with a significant presence in the Midwest.
