Biography
Carson Miller assists clients in litigation and dispute resolution, focusing on complex commercial and corporate litigation matters.
Carson has experience with a broad range of disputes, including contract disputes, class action litigation, business torts, shareholder and corporate officer and director disputes, ERISA fiduciary duty, and trade secret and intellectual property litigation.
Carson earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. While in school, Carson served as a Judicial Extern in the chambers of the Honorable Michael R. Barrett of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
