Biography
Chris Colloton is an associate in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group, focusing his practice in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, and business planning.
Chris earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati School of Law in 2024, cum laude, where he served as Articles Editor on the University of Cincinnati Law Review. During law school, he served as Chair of the Student Legal Education Committee and worked as a legal intern in the Patent & Trademark Clinic, advising entrepreneurs in a variety of business stages. Chris also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Douglas R. Cole for the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio and worked as a summer associate at KMK Law in 2022 and 2023. Prior to law school, Chris developed extensive business experience as a merchandise planner in the corporate retail industry.
Chris is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
