Keating Muething & Klekamp Hires Four New Associates

The law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) is pleased to welcome four new associates: Sydney A. Auteri, Christopher T. Colloton, Isabel C. Harrison, and Kelzé M. Riley.

Sydney Auteri practices in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group, advising public and private companies in all aspects of general corporate and business law matters including mergers and acquisitions. Auteri earned her J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University, summa cum laude, in 2024, where she graduated first in her class. While in law school she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Northern Kentucky Law Review and participated in the Northern Kentucky University Small Business & Non-Profit Clinic advising business owners and non-profits throughout various stages of entity formation and business transactions. Auteri earned her B.A. from Thomas More University, summa cum laude, in 2021. She served as a summer associate at KMK Law in 2022 and 2023. Auteri is admitted to practice law in Ohio.

Chris Colloton practices in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group, focusing his practice in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, and business planning. Colloton earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati School of Law in 2024, cum laude, where he served as Articles Editor on the University of Cincinnati Law Review. During law school, he served as Chair of the Student Legal Education Committee and worked as a legal intern in the Patent & Trademark Clinic, advising entrepreneurs in a variety of business stages. Colloton also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Douglas R. Cole for the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio and worked as a summer associate at KMK Law in 2022 and 2023. Prior to law school, Colloton developed extensive business experience as a merchandise planner in the corporate retail industry. Colloton is admitted to practice law in Ohio.

Isa Harrison practices in the firm’s Real Estate Group where she advises clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate and business transactions, including the acquisition, sale, public and private financing, development and leasing of commercial properties. Harrison earned her law degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2024 where she served as Notes Editor for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law. Harrison earned her B.A. from Centre College, summa cum laude, in 2021. She served as a summer associate at KMK Law in 2022. Harrison is admitted to practice law in Ohio.

Kelzé Riley is an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment Group. Her practice includes a wide range of labor and employment matters. Riley earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2024. While in law school, she served as President of the Student Bar Association and Editor-In-Chief of the Immigration and Human Rights Law Review. Riley interned for the American Civil Liberties Union and the University of Cincinnati Legal Access Clinic. She also served as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law and Legal Research and Writing. Riley served as a summer associate at KMK Law in 2022 and 2023. Riley earned her B.A. in political science from Bellarmine University, magna cum laude, in 2021. Riley is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
