Biography
Dylan Sizemore practices in the firm's Real Estate Group. He advises clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate and business transactions. Dylan enjoys working with clients as a team to find the most efficient and effective resolution to their legal matters.
Dylan has experience in various areas of real estate including multi-family construction and development, residential, retail, commercial and mixed-use acquisitions, leasing, and real estate financing. Dylan assists clients through every stage of the real estate transaction, from structuring, negotiating, navigating due diligence, to closing.
Prior to joining KMK Law, Dylan worked as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court. Dylan also served in the United States Army, where he excelled in leadership and decision making under extreme pressure. Dylan served two combat tours in Iraq, first as a platoon leader with the 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division, and later as a company commander with the 149th Infantry Regiment. His military service spans a period of nearly 10 years and resulted in numerous awards, citations, and recognitions for excellence.
