Biography
Jake Wittman practices in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group. Jake represents lenders and borrowers in connection with various forms of debt financing transactions. He also assists clients with general corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining KMK, Jake practiced law at Frost Brown Todd LLP in their Cincinnati, Ohio office with a focus on commercial finance and real estate. Jake earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2020. During his time in law school, Jake clerked at Luxottica of America, Inc. and interned with the University of Cincinnati’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic.
