Biography
Rick Siegel is a senior partner in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group. He was focused primarily in a general corporate and transactional practice, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance and counseling small and mid-size clients of the firm. He has extensive experience in areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, commercial law, and general corporate representation of small to mid-size public and private companies, including leasing companies. His commercial finance practice concentrated primarily in the areas of private placements, leveraged buy outs, sale leasebacks, and portfolio purchases and financing.
