Biography

Samuel Weaver practices in the firm's Litigation Group, focusing on complex commercial and general corporate litigation matters.

Prior to joining KMK Law, Samuel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eugene E. Siler, Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, where he assisted with cases in both the Ninth and Sixth Circuits. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable David L. Bunning, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky.

Samuel earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky, J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2022, graduating magna cum laude. He served as the Managing Articles Editor for the Kentucky Law Journal and was a member of the Moot Court National Team and Oral Argument Chair for the Moot Court Board. While in law school, Samuel gained significant work experience, including as a judicial extern for the Honorable Benjamin J. Beaton, U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky, and as an intern in Kentucky’s Office of the Solicitor General, where he drafted briefs and motions for certiorari-stage and merits litigation in the U.S. Supreme Court and Kentucky Supreme Court. He spent nearly a year working for a respected defense and education firm in Lexington, Kentucky. Samuel earned his B.A. in Liberal Studies from Thomas Edison State University in 2018. Samuel is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.
