Biography

Sydney Auteri practices in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group, advising public and private companies in all aspects of general corporate and business law matters including mergers and acquisitions. 

Sydney earned her J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University, summa cum laude, in 2024, where she graduated first in her class. While in law school Sydney served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Northern Kentucky Law Review and participated in the Northern Kentucky University Small Business & Non-Profit Clinic advising business owners and non-profits throughout various stages of entity formation and business transactions. Sydney earned her B.A. from Thomas More University, summa cum laude, in 2021. Sydney served as a summer associate at KMK Law in 2022 and 2023.

Sydney is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
