We have experience representing aircraft operators (public and private corporations, individuals for business and personal use), lessees, lessors, banks, arrangers, investors and other financiers in aircraft financings and other transactions. Our team has a full understanding of each party’s interests, enabling us to develop legal recommendations designed to best meet our clients’ business objectives.
