Biography
Alex Johnson practices in the firm’s Real Estate Group where he advises clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate and business transactions, including the acquisition, sale, public and private financing, development and leasing of commercial properties.
Alex graduated magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2024. While in law school, Alex served as an Associate Member and Notes and Comments Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review, where his work addressing the interplay between riparian rights and the Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment was published. Alex also served as a judicial extern for Senior Judge Michael R. Barrett of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Prior to attending law school, Alex worked to renovate and sell dilapidated homes and experienced first-hand the challenges and hurdles that developers and builders can face. He earned a B.A. from Wabash College, in Indiana, in 2019, where he majored in religious studies and political science.
Alex is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
