Biography
Andrew Ferguson practices in the firm's Real Estate Group where he represents both businesses and individuals with a wide range of real estate and general business law matters, including leasing, acquisitions, sales, and tax deferred exchanges. Andrew assists clients with the development of residential, retail, commercial and mixed-use properties, including the structuring and closing of new markets and historic tax credit financing transactions. In addition, Andrew has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting retail, office, and industrial leases, as well as the development and management of condominium and homeowners’ associations.
In addition to his real estate practice, Andrew has vast experience in assisting clients in the creation of estate and succession plans, and the administration of trust and probate matters.
Prior to joining KMK, Andrew was an associate at a boutique firm in Cincinnati where he focused on real estate transactions, estate and succession planning, probate and trust administration, creditor’s rights and real estate litigation. Andrew also served as a manager of a local title company where he gained extensive experience managing a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Andrew is a licensed title insurance agent and a member of Riverbend Commercial Title Services where he helps purchasers and lenders with title insurance policies as well as closing and escrow services.

What was your first job?
My first job was working at my family's wholesale lumber yard in Cincinnati. Each day I would unload and load trucks with building materials. It was in this job that I learned the true meaning of a hard day's work.
What is your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory is spending time at my grandparent's home in Michigan, spending all day on the water and gathering around the fire with my cousins at night.
Where would we find you on a typical Saturday?
A typical Saturday in our household is spent at the pool, teaching my 4 year-old daughter to swim and chasing my 2 year-old son around the baby pool. An early dinner at a local restaurant followed by relaxation on the back deck makes for a perfect day.
What do you think is Cincinnati's best-kept secret?
Cincinnati's best kept secret is easily its food. There are so many talented chefs and restaurants in this area that fly under the radar of the "foodie" scene.
