Biography
Christian practices in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group, advising public and private companies in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He has experience with corporate governance matters and commercial contract negotiation, as well as advising clients on issuing equity-based incentives to service providers, and seed-stage and venture capital financings.
Christian counsels ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices on a variety of complex investment transactions and business interests, including minority investments in professional sports franchises, private equity investments, and the sale and financing of private aircrafts.
Christian earned his B.A. from Centre College in 2017. He earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, cum laude, in 2020. Christian is licensed to practice in Ohio.
