Biography
Josh Redlinger is an associate in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group. Josh’s work focuses on assisting established and emerging businesses with a broad range of general corporate issues, including entity selection, formation, and governance, corporate restructuring and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings and venture capital financing, and commercial lending and debt refinancing.
Josh is involved in the Greater Cincinnati business community as an active member of the Cincinnati chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Josh currently serves on the Committee of the Young Association for Corporate Growth (Cincinnati chapter). Josh also serves on the Young Lawyer Committee for the American Bar Association Business Law Section.
Josh earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2022, magna cum laude. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 2017. Josh is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Michigan.
