Biography

Matt Allen focuses his practice on tort and complex commercial litigation matters. He has experience counseling clients and litigating a broad range of matters involving product liability, automobile negligence, breach of contract, and commercial disputes in state and federal courts. He also has experience representing owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction and environmental related disputes. Matt represents clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.

Prior to joining KMK Law, Matt was an associate at a national law firm, where he focused on international tort litigation.

Matt earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2016, cum laude, where he was Managing Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. Matt also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Susan Dlott, Southern District of Ohio.

Matt earned his B.A. from Xavier University, cum laude, in 2013, and is admitted to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.
