We represent unionized employers in various industries to minimize the disruption to business that can be caused by a labor union.  We also work with non-union businesses to keep them union-free.  Our lawyers have defeated union organizing attempts at companies in a wide array of industries. 

• Negotiate collective bargaining agreements
• Provide union avoidance training
• Handle labor arbitrations
• Assist in elections, including decertification elections
• Advise clients on ways to address strikes, picketing, and boycotting activity
• Represent clients in NLRB proceedings
